AROUND THE HOME
We offer a range of domestic and personal assistance services, as well as home maintenance support to make sure your home is safe and accessible.
- ​Home maintenance: We can help you get to those things that can be hard to reach – like changing light bulbs or smoke alarm batteries.
- ​House cleaning: Tidying, washing dishes and helping to maintain a clean home for you to relax in.
- ​Minor repairs: Taking care of those fixtures and fittings such as taps and paint chips that naturally wear out over time and require repairs and servicing.

​Gardening & lawn care: Keeping your garden and lawn healthy and looking great from season to season.
TRANSPORT SERVICES
Getting out and engaging with friends and the community is just as important as enjoying your home environment. We’ll help to ensure you’re able to lead a life that’s active and meaningful.
- ​Community access: Helping you get out into your community and into your local town or city by going with you from A to B on public transport.
- ​Social activities: Helping you try new things or continue existing activities whilst making friends – from hobbies, recreation, leisure, sports and arts to community programs like gardening or volunteering.

These Terms of Service constitute a binding Memorandum of Understanding between Ausnew Support Services Pty Ltd and participating accommodation providers.

There is no placement fee under this model when Ausnew Support Services provides ongoing community access supports, as the collaboration centres on shared service delivery between two providers.
Ausnew's Role
Community Access supports delivered directly to the participant
Strengthens participant engagement and outcomes without increasing the provider's internal staffing load.
Provider's Role
In-home support delivery (SIL/SIO)
Clear division of responsibilities while maintaining full control of in-home care and day-to-day operations.

No payment is made until a participant has completed intake and moved into your accommodation. All marketing, qualification, and intake work is carried out upfront.
Weekly Subscription (Success-Based, begins after placement)
Fixed weekly fee per placed participant (e.g. from $200 per week while they remain in the property)
Ongoing vacancy protection: your property remains prioritised in Ausnew's matching system, with replacement search activated if the participant exits.
Replacement Search
Included as part of the weekly subscription
Reduces downtime between participants and helps maintain stable occupancy over time.
CRM Vacancy Management
Included as part of the weekly subscription
Your property and vacancy data are maintained and actively used for matching with new suitable participants.
Vacancy Visibility & Matching

Your homes remain in front of a steady flow of pre-qualified leads without internal marketing overhead.

Shared Supports Model
When Ausnew Support Services can deliver ongoing Community Access supports for the participant, your organisation receives:
- A fully managed intake process
- A participant matched to your property
- Ongoing community access supports delivered by Ausnew
- ​In-home supports delivered by your SIL team
- ​No placement fee
- ​A collaborative long-term support model that strengthens participant stability
This partnership is highly effective for participants with moderate–high support needs requiring regular community access.
Referral Partnership
Success Based Placement Fee + Weekly Subscription
When Ausnew cannot deliver ongoing supports due to location or rostering feasibility, participants are referred through our success-based referral model.
Placement Fee (Success-Based)
Pay only when the participant:
- Completes intake; and
- Signs and moves into your accommodation.
The placement fee covers:
- Marketing and lead generation
- Discovery and qualification calls
- ​Suitability assessment
- ​Documentation collection
- ​Property matching
- ​Inspection scheduling
- ​Intake handover
